Does the person helping me need Pandu?
No. They just point any phone camera at the QR. Your card opens instantly, with nothing to install and no sign-up.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Pandu works right in the phone's browser. If you like, you can install it as an app with the "Install Pandu" button or, on Android, from the ⋮ menu → "Add to Home screen". Then it opens instantly, even offline.
Does it work for dogs and cats?
Yes. Tap "Create one for my pet" and make a QR tag for your pet. Whoever finds it scans it and can call you, send a WhatsApp message or share the location. It is free.
How do I put the QR on my lock screen?
After creating it, tap "Put on lock screen". Pandu makes the image for you: save it to your gallery and set it as your lock screen wallpaper. Whoever finds you sees the QR without unlocking the phone.
I changed phones. Did I lose my QR?
No, if you kept your recovery code (in More options → Recovery code). On the new phone, tap "I already have a Pandu QR" and paste the code.
Does Pandu replace emergency services?
No. Pandu helps whoever assists you know the essentials, but in an emergency always call your local emergency number.

How to put it on the lock screen
- Android: tap "Put on lock screen", save the image, open it in Gallery and choose "Set as wallpaper → Lock screen".
- iPhone: save the image to Photos, open it, tap Share → "Use as Wallpaper" and choose the Lock Screen.
- Google Wallet: with the image saved, open Google Wallet, tap "+" and choose to add from a photo. Pick the image and name it "Pandu SOS".
