Emergency QR code for motorcycle helmets
Updated 31 October 2026 · Fábio José dos Santos
After a motorcycle crash, the people who stop to help do not know who you are or whom to call. With a Pandu sticker on your helmet, anyone can scan it with their phone camera and instantly see your allergies, medicines, blood type and your family contact, with a button to call. It is free and ready in 1 minute.
How to make the helmet sticker
- On the home page, tap "Create my free QR now" and fill in your name, blood type, allergies and medicines.
- Add the phone number of whoever should be told, like a parent, partner or friend.
- Tap "Print card and stickers". Use vinyl sticker paper or cover the sticker with wide clear tape so it handles sun and rain.
- Stick it on the back or side of the helmet without covering the reflectors.
- Also tap "Put on lock screen", so your card is on your helmet and on your phone.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free emergency QR code for helmets?
Yes. With Pandu SOS you create, for free and without sign-up, a QR with your emergency details and print the helmet sticker at home or at a print shop. It is ready in 1 minute in your phone browser.
What shows up when someone scans the helmet QR?
A card opens with your name, age, blood type, allergies, medicines, health conditions and family contacts, with buttons to call and send a WhatsApp. The person scanning does not need to install anything.
Where should the sticker go on the helmet?
On the back or the side, somewhere easy to see, without covering the reflectors. To make it last, use vinyl sticker paper or cover it with wide clear tape.
What if the scanner's phone has no internet?
The dynamic QR needs internet to open the card. If you often ride where there is no signal, go to "More options → QR type" and choose "Text only (offline)": the text shows right in the camera, even offline, but without call buttons and without updating itself.
Does it work for delivery riders?
Yes. It is the same free QR, on your helmet and on your phone lock screen. If you change your number, edit it on your phone and the QR stays the same.
Are my details exposed on the helmet?
No. The sticker shows only the QR, the word EMERGENCY and your name. The card is encrypted, the key is inside the QR and not even Pandu can read it.
